Ecotrack Algeria: Parcel Tracking, Couriers and Store Integration

Ecotrack Algeria explained: the software behind DHD, Conexlog, Anderson and other Algerian couriers. How Ecotrack tracking works, which couriers use it, the shipper app, the API and Shopify, and what the platform does not do.

Ecotrack Algeria: Parcel Tracking, Couriers and Store Integration

Searching for Ecotrack Algeria because a text message, a shipping label or a tracking link mentions Ecotrack? Ecotrack is not a delivery company. It is parcel-management and tracking software, published by Techno Edge Solution in Baba Hassen (Algiers), that Algerian couriers run under their own brand. One of those couriers carries your parcel, and tracking happens on its website or through its customer service.

So you need two things: the tracking number, generated by the Ecotrack platform, and the name of the courier, which owns the tracking page (DHD, Conexlog, Anderson and others). Whether you are ordering for family in Algeria, selling into the country from abroad or mapping its e-commerce stack, this split between software and courier explains most of the confusion.

At a glance:

  • Ecotrack Algeria: cloud software sold to delivery companies. It does not deliver, does not collect cash on delivery (COD) and does not set shipping rates.
  • Ecotrack tracking: tracking number plus the courier's website; the recipient may also get an SMS when the parcel is out for delivery or at a relay point.
  • Couriers: DHD, Conexlog (UPS), Anderson, MSM Go, WorldExpress and others run on Ecotrack.
  • Merchants: the ECOTRACK - Expéditeur ("shipper") app handles accounts with several couriers.
  • Integration: one shared token-based API, linked courier by courier in DZBuild or through the free DZShip API.

What Ecotrack is: software, not a courier

On its FAQ, Ecotrack describes itself as "parcel management and tracking software intended for delivery companies", a 100% web (cloud) solution with nothing to install. It covers a courier's daily operations:

  • pickup, dispatch, delivery, transfers between stations and returns;
  • tracking of home deliveries and of deliveries to relay points, known locally as stop desks (carrier pickup points where the customer collects the parcel);
  • automatic calculation of driver commissions and of the value of delivered parcels;
  • mobile apps for shippers (merchants) and drivers;
  • branding: logo, colours, documents and shipping-label template.

That last point causes the confusion. Each courier runs its Ecotrack instance in its own colours, often on a subdomain such as courier.ecotrack.dz, sometimes on its own domain. The customer sees the Ecotrack name, but deals with the courier.

In practice, the courier sets its rates, collects the cash on delivery and pays out your collections on its own terms. Ecotrack plays no part in any of those three. The same publisher also sells Ecomanager, COD order-management software aimed at merchants rather than couriers (see our Ecomanager review). Full profile: Ecotrack.

Ecotrack tracking: following a parcel step by step

According to Ecotrack's "Destinataire" (recipient) page, recipients can follow a parcel in real time with the tracking number issued by the platform:

  1. Identify the courier. Its name is on the label, in the SMS or in the shop's order confirmation.
  2. Get the tracking number. Ask the seller if you have not received it.
  3. Open the courier's tracking page. Examples: the tracking box on the DHD website opens a page on platform.dhd-dz.com; Anderson has a page that accepts several numbers, one per line; Conexlog has an online tracking tool on its site.
  4. Watch your text messages. Ecotrack provides for an SMS to the recipient when the parcel goes out for delivery or is ready at a relay point. Couriers can customise it (driver's number, amount, sender's name).
  5. If something goes wrong, contact the courier or the seller, not Ecotrack: the courier holds both the parcel and the money.

Common pitfalls:

  • searching on ecotrack.dz: that site presents the software, while tracking sits with the courier;
  • confusing it with foreign products called EcoTrack or Ecotrak (fleet GPS, carbon tracking), unrelated to the Algerian platform;
  • forgetting that a parcel "at the relay point" waits at a stop desk, to be collected at the branch named by the courier.

Ecotrack couriers list: who runs on the platform

There is no official public list of Ecotrack couriers. Three figures circulate, measuring different things:

  • more than 100 companies: what Ecotrack claims for its "network", which lets couriers subcontract parcels to each other (company claim);
  • 82 tiles: the number of Ecotrack couriers that can be connected one by one in DZBuild, plus a "Custom Ecotrack" tile for the rest;
  • 23 providers: the number grouped by the open-source Laravel package uften/courier.

DZBuild's documentation ties DHD, Conexlog, MSM Go, Rex Livraison, RB Livraison, Speed Delivery, Areex, Prest, Rocket Delivery, WorldExpress, BA Consult, Packers, 48Hr Livraison and Anderson Delivery to Ecotrack. Four cases from our company profiles (a wilaya is one of Algeria's provinces):

  • DHD Livraison Express (Ouled Yaich, Blida)
  • coverage: 55 wilayas, according to the company;
  • COD: cash collected on delivery and paid out weekly, according to the company;
  • prices: no published rate card; ask the sales team;
  • tools: Ecotrack instance on platform.dhd-dz.com, DHD - Expéditeur app (10K+ downloads on Google Play).
  • Conexlog (UPS) (Hydra, Algiers)
  • coverage: 58 wilayas with 57 desks according to the homepage, but the services page mentions 48 wilayas;
  • prices: a 2024 tariff guide in DZD excluding tax, for example 773 to 1,311 DZD excl. tax for 1 kg door to door depending on the zone (PDF read on 3 November 2026);
  • tools: seller platform app.conexlog-dz.com, running on Ecotrack.
  • Anderson E-commerce (Oued Smar, Algiers)
  • coverage: 58 wilayas, according to the company;
  • prices: no public rate card;
  • tools: anderson-ecommerce.ecotrack.dz portal with separate shipper and driver logins.
  • NOEST: a special case. Its general terms (archived copy from July 2025) name the "ECO TRACK" interface, whereas DZBuild describes NOEST as a standalone API using a token and a User GUID. Our reading: treat NOEST as a separate integration and ask NOEST which tool manages your account.

The Ecotrack shipper app for merchants

For online sellers, the ECOTRACK - Expéditeur app ("expéditeur" is French for shipper) is the everyday tool. The store listings, read on 3 November 2026, show:

  • Google Play: more than 50,000 downloads (50K+), last updated on 19 October 2026;
  • App Store (Algeria): free, rated 4.1 from 58 ratings;
  • languages: Arabic and French;
  • multi-courier: sign in to several accounts with several delivery companies at the same time;
  • COD: cash-on-delivery status parcel by parcel, a history of payments already received and automatic calculation of the courier's fees.

Parcels can be added through a form (small volumes), an Excel import (large volumes) or a standard API. There are also courier-branded builds of the app, such as DHD - Expéditeur (published by Techno Edge Solution) or CONEXLOG - Expéditeur.

A useful habit: each week, compare delivered parcels in the app with what the courier has actually paid you. Any gap is settled with the courier, not with Ecotrack.

Ecotrack API and Shopify: connecting a courier to your store

Ecotrack does not publish public API documentation on ecotrack.dz; the known details come from integrators. According to DZBuild, the API is shared by all Ecotrack couriers and authenticates with a Bearer token: you pick your courier's tile, not "Ecotrack", and paste the token from your account with that courier.

Three ways to connect your store:

  1. In DZBuild. In the courier grid, choose the tile (DHD, Conexlog, Anderson Delivery and so on) and paste your token. For an unlisted courier, the "Custom Ecotrack" tile takes the base address, for example https://yourcourier.ecotrack.dz, and DZBuild appends /api/v1 itself. DZBuild then syncs wilayas, communes (municipalities), home and stop-desk rates, and prints the courier's own PDF shipping label (the bordereau).
  2. With the free DZShip API. DZBuild's DZShip covers 82 Ecotrack couriers with a single token each, with no signup or API key; unlisted couriers use the baseUrl option. Call it from a server, never the browser; fair-use limits apply (200 orders per hour per IP address).
  3. On Shopify. An Ecotrack app by Techno Edge Solution has been on the Shopify App Store since 15 January 2021; it was free and had no reviews when we read it.

Before shipping:

  • keep one token per courier, stored like a password;
  • test a real, low-value order and check the label;
  • enter the customer's exact commune: Ecotrack stop desks are handled by commune, with no named desk list.

Our pick: DZBuild

For a store with Ecotrack shipping and no code, DZBuild is the editorial team's pick. Our assessment rests on checkable criteria: 82 Ecotrack couriers plus a custom tile, more than 102 couriers in total according to the company, built-in cash on delivery, store and dashboard in Arabic and French, tracking status refreshed every 2 to 3 hours, and sync with Ecomanager. On price (DZBuild pricing page, read on 3 November 2026): Pro 1,000 DZD, Unlimited 2,500 DZD and Enterprise from 5,500 DZD per month, with no commission on sales and a 3-day Pro trial with no card required. For a fuller assessment, read our DZBuild review; see also the DZBuild profile.

Ecotrack for delivery companies: plans and limits

If you are launching a delivery company, here is the grid from Ecotrack's pricing page, read on 3 November 2026. Prices are per month, excluding tax, with no currency shown on the page, on a one-month commitment:

  • BASIC: 10,000, 1 office, 1,000 parcels per month;
  • STARTER: 20,000, 1 office, 10,000 parcels per month;
  • BRONZE: 35,000, 10 offices, 1 sorting centre, 20,000 parcels per month;
  • SILVER: 45,000, 25 offices, 3 sorting centres, 30,000 parcels per month;
  • GOLD: 55,000, 40 offices, 5 sorting centres, 40,000 parcels per month;
  • PLATINIUM: on quote.

The page also offers 4-, 8- and 12-month commitments ("up to 20%" saved on the annual plan) and a lifetime licence on quote, and notes that some plugins and extensions cost extra. According to Ecotrack's FAQ, the sales team offers a free trial account. These are software prices for couriers, not shipping fees: a merchant pays the courier, at the courier's rates, not Ecotrack.

Key takeaways

Ecotrack is the tool; the courier is the provider. To track, start from the tracking number and the courier's website. To sell, pick a reliable courier for your area and connect it with a token.

Next steps:

  1. list the Ecotrack couriers that cover your wilayas and ask them for their rates;
  2. install ECOTRACK - Expéditeur and open accounts with at least two couriers;
  3. connect them to your store through DZBuild or DZShip;
  4. set up order confirmation to limit returns: see our guide to reducing your COD return rate.

Frequently asked questions

Is Ecotrack a delivery company?
No. Ecotrack is parcel-management and tracking software published by Techno Edge Solution (Baba Hassen, Algiers) and sold to delivery companies. Those couriers, such as DHD, Conexlog or Anderson, deliver the parcels, collect cash on delivery and set their own rates. For a late parcel, contact the courier or the seller.
How do I track a parcel with an Ecotrack tracking number?
First identify the courier named on the label, in the SMS or in the order confirmation. Then enter the tracking number on that courier's tracking page, for example DHD's or Anderson's. Ecotrack also provides for an SMS when the parcel goes out for delivery or reaches a relay point (stop desk).
Which couriers use Ecotrack?
Ecotrack does not publish a list. DZBuild's documentation names DHD, Conexlog, MSM Go, Rex Livraison, Rocket Delivery, WorldExpress and Anderson Delivery, among 82 Ecotrack couriers it can connect. Ecotrack itself claims more than 100 companies in its network; the two figures do not count the same thing.
How do I connect my store to an Ecotrack courier?
Get the API token (Bearer token) from your account with the courier. In DZBuild, choose that courier's tile and paste the token, or use the Custom Ecotrack tile with the address of its instance. Developers can use the free DZShip API, called from a server.
