What NOEST Express does

NOEST Express, short for Nord et Ouest Express, is an Algerian delivery company. It describes itself as "Noest express SARL", a company under Algerian law working in logistics and founded in 2018. Its LinkedIn page lists its headquarters in Ouled Moussa (Boumerdès). It serves businesses (B2B) and online sellers (B2C).

Services

  • Home delivery with cash on delivery, which the company presents as a 24-hour express mode.
  • Stop desk (agency pickup): each desk code starts with the wilaya number, for example 16A.
  • Daily pickup of orders from the merchant, according to the company.
  • Exchange deliveries when an earlier order was wrong.
  • E-commerce storage, order preparation, packing and confirmation.
  • Document delivery (tender files and bid submissions).
  • Online tracking by parcel number.

Coverage and how it works

NOEST says it covers 55 wilayas. Its coverage map lists delivery times per wilaya: 24 to 48 hours for Algiers and 5 to 7 days for Tamanrasset. The company commits to three delivery attempts per shipment; after the last failed attempt, the parcel stays at the hub for 24 hours and then goes back to the merchant at the merchant's cost. To open an account, a seller needs a commercial register (or an artisan card or other proof of online selling), proof of residence and a national ID.

Its public API (app.noest-dz.com) answered on 3 November 2026 and uses an API Token and a User GUID from the merchant dashboard. DZBuild integrates it (orders stay drafts until validated; auto-validate is off by default), as does the free DZShip API.

Things to check

  • No public price list: rates exclude tax and depend on the destination and on the higher of real and volumetric weight.
  • Per-parcel limits: 30 kg, 50 x 50 x 50 cm and a maximum value of 150,000 DA. Delivery fees double above a declared value of 100,000 DA.
  • Loss, damage or theft: refund based on the purchase invoice, up to 100,000 DA; the terms give both 30 and 60 days to claim, so ask which applies.
  • The general terms name the ECO TRACK interface, while DZBuild describes NOEST as a standalone API.
  • The website blocked automated reads on 3 November 2026; these terms were checked against the archived copy of 12 July 2025.
