What Ecotrack does
Ecotrack describes itself as parcel management and tracking software intended for delivery companies. It is a cloud (100% web) product published by Techno Edge Solution, a software company in Baba Hassen, Algiers, founded in 2016 according to its LinkedIn page; no launch year is published for the product itself. Ecotrack delivers nothing: the couriers that use it, under their own brand, handle delivery, collect cash on delivery and pay merchants.

- For delivery companies: pickup, dispatch, transfers between stations, returns, plus invoicing, reporting and analytics.
- Automatic calculation of driver commissions and of the amounts of delivered parcels.
- For merchants: parcels added through a standard API, a form or an Excel file, with detailed tracking of collections and payments.
- For recipients: real-time tracking with the tracking number, and an SMS when the parcel goes out for delivery or is ready at a relay point.
- Merchant and driver apps in French and Arabic.
- Branding (logo, colours, documents, labels) and a subcontracting network between couriers.
How to use it
Merchants do not buy Ecotrack. They open an account with a courier that runs on Ecotrack, then use the web interface, the merchant app (50K+ downloads on Google Play, read on 3 November 2026) or the API. The app lets a merchant connect several accounts with several delivery companies at once. DZBuild says it connects to 82 couriers on the Ecotrack network, plus a Custom Ecotrack tile. Prices on the pricing page, read on 3 November 2026, are aimed at couriers: from 10000 excl. VAT per month (BASIC, 1000 parcels per month) to 55000 excl. VAT (GOLD, 40000 parcels per month), with PLATINIUM on quote. The page shows no currency. A free trial account is offered.

- Shipping rates, delivery times and coverage depend on each courier, not on Ecotrack.
