What Anderson E-commerce Logistique does
Anderson E-commerce Logistique describes itself as a "delivery company specialised in secure and fast parcel transport". It targets web merchants, e-commerce sellers, artisans who sell online and even private individuals. It is the e-commerce arm of Anderson Logistique, a transport and logistics group based in the Oued Smar industrial zone in Algiers, which says it has been designing transport solutions since 1999. According to the group's site, Anderson moved into e-commerce logistics in January 2020. In January 2021, Algérie Eco credited the group with a fleet of more than 600 trucks; that is a group figure, not one for the e-commerce business alone.
Services
- Cash-on-delivery parcel delivery, with "personalised management" of COD shipments, according to the company.
- Nationwide delivery "in 48H, 7 days a week", according to the company.
- Parcel pickup from the merchant within agreed times.
- Packaging with a label carrying the customer's details.
- Cash collection (recouvrement) of the merchant's receipts.
- Public tracking of several parcels at once (one number per line).
- Warehousing, mentioned by the group in June 2022.
Coverage and how it works
The site advertises "economical and reliable delivery across 58 wilayas", and its map marks all 58 wilayas as "Disponible" (available) (page read on 3 November 2026). Its "Nos agences" directory lists branches with addresses and phone numbers, in Algiers (Oued Smar, Kouba, Cheraga, Bab El Oued) as well as in the south (Djanet, In Salah, Touggourt, El M'Ghair).
Merchants work through an Ecotrack portal, anderson-ecommerce.ecotrack.dz, with separate logins for senders and drivers. DZBuild connects Anderson with a single Ecotrack token and then syncs the wilayas, communes and per-wilaya rates. The open-source dz-delivery SDK and eGrow (March 2026 guide) also list an integration.
Things to check
- No prices are published on anderson-ecommerce.com (page read on 3 November 2026), and the "Devis" (quote) button does not lead to a rate card: rates are only visible in the merchant's Ecotrack account.
- "48H 7/7" and "58 wilayas" are marketing claims that nobody has independently checked.
- The site does not explicitly advertise stop-desk delivery, so confirm it with the company.
- Neither a total agency count nor a legal name for the e-commerce arm is published.
- In 2022 NTIC Web named it among the market's three leading players, with Easy Relay and Yalidine; that dated mention is not a current ranking.
