What ECOMANAGER does
ECOMANAGER is an online (SaaS) management platform for Algerian e-commerce merchants who sell with cash on delivery (COD). According to the company, it is the "first integrated management platform for COD e-commerce". The service is supplied by Techno Edge Solution, based in Baba Hassen (Algiers), which also publishes ECOTRACK and ECOSERVICE. On LinkedIn, Techno Edge Solution gives 2016 as its founding year; the launch year of ECOMANAGER itself is not published. ECOMANAGER is a management tool: it does not deliver parcels or collect cash itself.
Services
- Order confirmation: orders distributed across your agents, detection of duplicates and unreliable customers.
- Order preparation: printing labels (waybills), route sheets, shipment validation with a barcode scanner.
- Delivery tracking for your in-house drivers and partner delivery companies, return checks.
- Payment tracking for COD orders and printing of cash-collection discharge documents.
- After-sales, stock (variants, lots and expiry dates, FIFO/LIFO/FEFO, stock-out alerts), accounting (revenue, expenses, profit) and statistics.
- API integrations with Facebook, Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Sheets and LeadVertex; according to the company, more than 60 logistics providers are connected.
How it works and pricing
The software runs in a browser with nothing to install. Prices read on 3 November 2026 on the official pricing page, excluding tax, per month: STARTER 4,500 DZD, BUILDER 9,500 DZD, BOOSTER 14,500 DZD, MASTERY 19,500 DZD, ELITE 24,500 DZD. These plans include 500, 1,000, 2,000, 5,000 and 10,000 orders per month, with a fee per extra order (13 DZD on STARTER). Extensions: driver app (Android and iOS), SMS notifications at 7 DZD per SMS via Colitrack, multi-store and return-risk scoring.
