What Yalidine does

Yalidine El Djazair Service SPA is an Algerian express mail and logistics company. According to its website, it was formed by two people from the courier sector and has been on the market since 2013; its head office is in Bordj El Kiffan, Algiers. It calls itself "the number one in express delivery in Algeria", a marketing claim. In January 2025, Algérie 360, relaying the group's own presentation, reported 3,500 direct employees and more than 30,000 parcels a day. These figures have not been independently verified.

Services

The website lists three core services: classic B2B mail, e-commerce parcel delivery (B2C) and cash-on-delivery collection. Its General Transport Conditions (August 2026 version) also list home delivery up to 20 kg, relay-point delivery, same-day delivery, redirection and returns. Merchants get a platform to print shipping labels plus an API (API ID + token) that platforms such as DZBuild integrate. A free Android app lets anyone track a parcel without an account.

Coverage and how it works

The company says it collects and delivers in 55 wilayas. Its "Nos agences" page lists Yalidine stop desks alongside partner agencies (Guepex, EasyAndSpeed, Zimou Express): in our count on 3 November 2026, 102 of the 200 rows carried the Yalidine brand. Parcels over 20 kg go to relay points only. Each parcel gets three home-delivery attempts within three days, or five relay-point attempts within five days, before it is returned to the sender. Compare: stop desk vs home delivery.

Things to watch

From the General Transport Conditions, read on 3 November 2026:

  • No public price list: prices depend on the origin and destination wilayas and on the higher of real or volumetric weight.
  • Cash on delivery is capped at 150,000 DZD per parcel.
  • Optional insurance costs 1.5% of declared value; without it, compensation ranges from 217 DZD (up to 5 kg) to 545 DZD (15 to 20 kg).
  • Returns not collected within 10 days can be charged 10 DZD per day per parcel.

According to DZBuild, API access usually requires a verified business account. See also our Yalidine guide and Yalidine alternatives.
