Yalidine Delivery Prices 2026: Rates, Stop Desks, COD and Tracking
Yalidine delivery prices: no public rate card, but an official pricing method. Volumetric weight, insurance, stop desks, COD capped at 150,000 DZD, returns and tracking explained so you can estimate your shipments.

Looking up Yalidine delivery prices for a given wilaya (one of Algeria's provinces)? The short answer is that Yalidine does not publish a public rate card. When we checked on 3 November 2026, neither its website yalidine-express.com.dz nor its information pages had a pricing page, and the merchant platform at yalidine.app only opens to logged-in accounts. Exact prices per wilaya are visible only inside a merchant account or through the API.
What Yalidine does publish is the method behind the price. Its General Transport Conditions (version dated August 2026, read on 3 November 2026) explain what drives the price, what insurance costs, how far cash on delivery (COD) can go and which fees can apply to returns. Here are those rules, for merchants in Algeria, diaspora and international sellers, and analysts. All amounts are in Algerian dinars (DZD).
Key points
- The price depends on the origin wilaya, the destination wilaya and the higher of actual weight and volumetric weight.
- Insurance is optional and costs 1.5% of the declared value. Without it, compensation ranges from 217 to 545 DZD depending on weight.
- Cash on delivery is capped at 150,000 DZD per parcel.
- Home delivery: 3 attempts within 3 days at most. Stop desk (a carrier pickup point): 5 attempts within 5 days at most.
- Parcels over 20 kg go to pickup points only.
- Returns not collected within 10 days can cost up to 10 DZD per day per parcel.
Yalidine at a glance: company, coverage and services
Yalidine is the trading name of Yalidine El Djazair Service SPA, based in the Kaidi business zone in Bordj El Kiffan, Algiers. According to its website, the company has been on the market since 2013 and collects and delivers in 55 wilayas on Algeria's domestic network. Its commercial register number (RC 13B 0986869-00/16) appears in the site footer.
Its transport conditions list these services:
- home delivery for parcels up to 20 kg (actual or volumetric weight);
- delivery to pickup points, in Yalidine and partner agencies;
- same-day delivery;
- destination redirection and returns;
- cash-on-delivery collection (C.O.D).
An Algérie 360 article dated 27 January 2025 reported that the Yalidine Group had 3,500 direct employees, 160 agencies and more than 30,000 parcels a day. These figures were relayed by the press and have not been independently verified. The tagline "le 1er de la livraison express en Algérie" (number one in express delivery in Algeria) is the company's own marketing claim.

Yalidine delivery prices: how the rate is calculated
Under the General Transport Conditions (August 2026), rates depend on the origin wilaya, the destination wilaya and the higher of actual and volumetric weight.
Actual weight or volumetric weight
Volumetric weight is calculated as length x width x height (in metres) x 200, rounded down to the nearest half kilo. Worked example: a 0.40 m x 0.30 m x 0.20 m box gives 0.024 x 200 = 4.8 kg, rounded down to 4.5 kg. If the product inside weighs 2 kg, the rate is calculated on 4.5 kg.
So an oversized box costs more: use the smallest box that still protects the item.
Insurance and compensation
Insurance is optional and costs 1.5% of the declared value (150 DZD for a parcel declared at 10,000 DZD). Without insurance, Yalidine pays a flat compensation if a parcel is lost or damaged:
- 217 DZD for a parcel up to 5 kg;
- 327 DZD for more than 5 kg and up to 10 kg;
- 435 DZD for more than 10 kg and up to 15 kg;
- 545 DZD for more than 15 kg and up to 20 kg.
For anything of real value, turn insurance on.
Yalidine returns: the fees to watch
A returned parcel must be collected within 10 days of the return date. After that, Yalidine may charge 10 DZD per day per parcel, and after 90 days it may dispose of the parcel. With a high return rate, these fees add up quickly. Our guide to reducing the COD return rate in Algeria covers order confirmation in detail.
Where to see your rates by wilaya
Home and stop desk prices per wilaya are shown in your merchant account and returned by the Yalidine API to connected stores. On DZBuild, for example, the "Sync rates from provider" button pulls Yalidine's home and stop desk fees for every wilaya.
Yalidine stop desk or home delivery: attempts, limits and agencies
The General Transport Conditions set different rules for each delivery mode:
- Home delivery: up to three attempts within three days at most, for parcels of 20 kg or less.
- Pickup point (stop desk): up to five attempts within five days at most, at a Yalidine or partner agency.
- Over 20 kg: pickup point delivery only.
Then the parcel returns to the sender, so a stop desk gives the customer more time.
Finding a Yalidine agency by wilaya
The official Nos agences (our agencies) page lists every stop desk with an ID, wilaya, commune (municipality), name, address and GPS link. Our count on 3 November 2026: 200 rows covering 55 wilayas, including 102 agencies labelled Yalidine, 71 Guepex, 15 Easy and Speed, 9 Zimou Express, 1 Yalitec, 1 GHANZOH Express By Yalidine and 1 unlabelled row. This is our own count of the table, not a figure the company publishes. No rows appeared for Bordj Badji Mokhtar, Béni Abbès or In Guezzam.
Check that an agency exists before offering stop desk delivery in a commune, and read our comparison of stop desk vs home delivery.
Yalidine delivery time
Yalidine does not publish delivery times by wilaya on the pages we read. Its conditions only set the attempt window (3 days at home, 5 at a pickup point) and mention same-day delivery. Base the delivery time you show customers on your own shipments: DZBuild, for example, lets you enter one per wilaya.
Cash on delivery with Yalidine: the 150,000 DZD cap and payouts
Yalidine caps C.O.D (cash on delivery) collection at 150,000 DZD per parcel. The conditions set lower caps for correspondence items, so check the shipment type if you send documents.
Merchants have up to 15 days to collect the cash Yalidine has received on their behalf; amounts are paid by cheque, bank transfer or cash. After that, Yalidine reserves the right to pay out on its own schedule, within a period that can run up to six months.
COD checklist:
- Set an order ceiling below 150,000 DZD, or split a large order into several parcels.
- When opening your account, ask Yalidine about any payout fees and how amounts are handed over: the General Transport Conditions only state the 15-day window.
- Reconcile the amounts received against delivered parcels every week.
Yalidine merchant account: signing up and connecting your store
Yalidine does not publish a step-by-step merchant sign-up process on its site. The menu offers a "Devis / créer" (quote / create) link that leads to a form on the yalidine.app platform (with an address marked "particulier", meaning individual) and a "Se connecter" (log in) link to the customer area. For a merchant account, contact the call centre on (+213) 0982 30 80 80 or at [email protected].
The account comes with a username and password to print shipping labels and follow your activity in real time. Ask for API access too: the Yalidine API works with an API ID and a token generated from your account. According to DZBuild, this access usually requires a verified business account.
When you open the account, ask for: home and stop desk rates by wilaya, return fees, COD payout terms and API access.
With DZBuild: the editorial team's pick
For an Algerian merchant selling with cash on delivery, DZBuild is the platform our editorial team recommends first. This is our assessment, based on criteria you can check:
- Yalidine integration through the official API: order dispatch, tracking numbers, and sync of wilayas, communes, rates and stop desks (DZBuild help article);
- the same integration covers Yalitec, Guepex, Easy & Speed, Economiqua and We Can Services;
- more than 102 delivery companies can be connected, according to the company;
- built-in cash on delivery, with the store and dashboard in Arabic and French;
- orders sent to the carrier in batches of 50, suspicious orders filtered out, and tracking refreshed every 2 to 3 hours;
- pricing read on 3 November 2026: Pro 1,000 DZD/month, Unlimited 2,500 DZD/month, Enterprise from 5,500 DZD/month, a 3-day Pro trial with no card, and no commission on sales.

With your own website: the DZShip API
If you build your own site, DZShip is a free API run by DZBuild, with no sign-up and no API key. You send your Yalidine credentials with each request (DZBuild says it does not store them) and the parcel is created on your own account. It covers parcel creation, tracking, rates (delivery and return) and stop desks; calls must come from a server. Yalidine still bills delivery as usual. Details in our guide to the free shipping API for Algeria.
Through an aggregator: Zimou Express
Zimou Express groups 7 partner carriers, Yalidine among them, under a single merchant account. Its rates are not published: the rate grid is emailed after you fill in a form, based on your departure wilaya. The company states 24 to 48 hours for northern wilayas and 72 hours or more for the south. For other options, see our list of Yalidine alternatives.
Yalidine tracking: how to follow a parcel
There are three official ways to track a parcel:
- The website: open the Suivre un colis (track a parcel) page, enter the number in the "Tracking" field, then click "Afficher l'historique" (show history) to see each step.
- The Android app "Yalidine - Suivez vos colis": free and with no account needed, it sends a notification at every status change and lets the recipient leave a review after delivery.
- The merchant area: real-time tracking of all your activity.
Send the tracking number to the customer as soon as the parcel ships, so they can follow it themselves.
Next steps
- Calculate the volumetric weight of the boxes you use most.
- Open a merchant account and get your rate grid by wilaya.
- Turn on API access and connect your store to sync rates and stop desks.
- Set your COD rules (order ceiling, payout tracking) and your returns routine (collection within 10 days).
