What SlickPay does

Its LinkedIn page lists 2022 as its founding year; the first iOS release dates from 30 May 2022. According to We Are Tech Africa, Mounir Ammari is its co-founder and CEO. - CIB and Edahabia gateway: the customer is redirected to SATIM's platform, which holds the card data.
- For merchants: invoices without a website, point of sale, an API with a free sandbox, plus an official WooCommerce plugin and Laravel package.
- For consumers: transfers from bank and postal cards and accounts, mobile top-ups, digital products (Apple, PlayStation, Razer, Riot Games, IPTV) and streaming subscriptions.
Coverage and how it works
Under its terms of use, a merchant needs a commercial register, a business bank account and an online-payment authorization request to SATIM and GIE Monétique, then completes KYC. Fees published on slick-pay.com (read on 3 November 2026) depend on payout frequency:
- Auto (as soon as SATIM confirms): 2% per transaction
- Daily: 1.9%
- Weekly (every Sunday): 1.6%
- Bi-monthly: 1.5%
- Monthly: 1.4%
- Enterprise: custom fees
No fixed DZD fee or subscription is published. A DZBuild store can connect its own Slick-Pay account, but not at the same time as Chargily Pay.
Things to watch
- Audience figures differ: the website claims more than 50,000 users and more than 600 million dinars processed, Maghreb Emergent reported more than 23,000 users in April 2026, and Google Play shows 10K+ downloads (4.0 rating from 193 reviews, read on 3 November 2026).
- PCI DSS certification and GIE Monétique approval are company claims.
- The refund clause in the terms of use does not state a time limit.
- No legal entity name is published on the website; the apps are published under the name Azimut Business Solutions.
