What can be checked is the list of modules published on its site, and the fact that it is a web service you can open from any connected device. The site is available in Arabic, French and English, which helps if you follow an Algerian store from abroad. One point matters for anyone new to the market: Ecomanager is a management tool. It does not deliver parcels and does not collect cash. Delivery and cash collection stay with your couriers or your own drivers. They are in Algerian dinars (DZD), **excluding tax** (marked HT, hors taxes, on the page), per month, on monthly billing. Every listed feature (confirmation, stock, accounting, API integrations) is ticked on all five plans; what changes is the quotas. - **STARTER**: 4,500 DZD excl. tax/month, 500 orders included, 13 DZD per extra order, 4 users, 3 drivers or delivery companies. - **BUILDER**: 9,500 DZD excl. tax/month, 1,000 orders, 8 DZD per extra order, 5 users, 4 drivers or delivery companies. - **BOOSTER**: 14,500 DZD excl. tax/month, 2,000 orders, 3 DZD per extra order, 8 users, 7 drivers or delivery companies. - **MASTERY**: 19,500 DZD excl. tax/month, 5,000 orders, 2 DZD per extra order, 12 users, 10 drivers or delivery companies. - **ELITE**: 24,500 DZD excl. tax/month, 10,000 orders, 1 DZD per extra order, 20 users, 15 drivers or delivery companies. Each extra user or driver costs 300 DZD. Webhooks also have a monthly quota (from 250 to 5,000 depending on the plan). Committing for 4, 8 or 12 months lowers the monthly price: on 12 months, STARTER drops to 3,600 DZD excl. tax per month and ELITE to 19,600 DZD, which is where the advertised "up to 20%" on the annual plan comes from. A worked example by the editorial team: at 700 orders a month on STARTER, you pay 4,500 + 200 × 13 = 7,100 DZD excl. tax. From 885 orders a month, BUILDER (9,500 DZD excl. tax for 1,000 orders) costs less than STARTER plus overage. ### Paid extensions - **Driver app** (Arabic and French: calls, SMS, delivery statuses, scanning): 2500; - **Return risk** (flags bad customers from their delivery history): 1200; - **Multi-store**: 1,500 per additional store; - **SMS**: 7 DZD per SMS, through the partner Colitrack. The page states neither the currency nor the billing period for the first three amounts, so ask for them in writing before you commit. The subscription can be paid in cash at the vendor's office, in cash at delivery-company offices, by cheque or by bank transfer or deposit. If you run your store from outside Algeria, confirm with the vendor how you can pay before you sign up. The terms allow the vendor to change prices and quotas with 30 days' notice to existing customers. ## Integrations: Shopify, WooCommerce, DZBuild and the Ecotrack link According to the [extensions page](https://ecomanager.dz/fr/extensions), Ecomanager connects to Facebook, Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Sheets and LeadVertex, and the vendor offers a custom integration if you run your own platform. The FAQ says the connection takes a few clicks, with no developer needed. Ecomanager says it connects to more than 60 logistics providers, but the list is not published: check that each of your couriers is supported during the trial. On the store side, **DZBuild** syncs both ways with Ecomanager: orders flow into Ecomanager and their status changes flow back into the store. The logistics provider [CO Livraison](/en/companies/co-livraison) also lists Ecomanager and DZBuild among its integrations, and runs a call centre that confirms orders on your behalf. ## Who should use Ecomanager, and who does not need it Ecomanager is a good fit if several of these apply to you: 1. you process several hundred orders a month, or more; 2. you have several confirmation agents to assign work to and evaluate; 3. you work with several couriers as well as your own drivers; 4. you manage stock with variants, lots or expiry dates; 5. you run several stores from a single account. You can do without it if you confirm a few dozen orders a day yourself.
