# Shipping Companies in Algeria 2026: Complete Courier Comparison

> Which of the shipping companies in Algeria suits a COD store? Coverage, stop desks, COD caps, published prices and integrations for 16 players, checked on official pages on 3 November 2026.

By [Rédaction DZ Ecommerce](https://dzecommerce.com/en/authors/redaction) · Published 2026-11-03 · Updated 2026-11-04

Choosing among the **shipping companies in Algeria** means choosing three things at once: who carries the parcel, who collects the customer's money and how fast that money comes back to you. For a store selling with cash on delivery (COD: the customer pays the courier at the door), these matter more than the headline price.

This comparison of sixteen players is written for merchants in Algeria, diaspora entrepreneurs, international sellers and analysts. Unless stated otherwise, figures come from official pages read on 3 November 2026; when they come from another source (DZBuild's documentation, the domain-name registry) or from our own count, we say so, and when a company does not publish a figure, we say that too. Amounts are in Algerian dinars (DA or DZD). A **wilaya** is a province, and a **stop desk** is a carrier pickup point where the customer collects the parcel.

If you are looking for a delivery price per wilaya in Algeria, start here: most carriers publish no rate card. Prices are negotiated per merchant account, and each company reports its own coverage.

**Key points**

- **Three kinds of player**: carriers, software (Ecotrack, Procolis) and aggregators or fulfilment services (Zimou Express, CO Livraison).
- **Coverage**: claims range from 43 to 69 wilayas, and several websites contradict themselves. Algeria moved to 69 wilayas in April 2026, but courier APIs still accept only codes 1 to 58, [according to the dzship documentation](https://freeship.dzbuild.com).
- **COD cap**: 150,000 DA per parcel at Yalidine and ZR Express; maximum parcel value of 150,000 DA at NOEST.
- **Public prices**: only Conexlog (2024 UPS guide) and Elogistia ("from 250 DA") show amounts.
- **Several carriers on one store**: possible with DZBuild or the free dzship API.

## Carriers, software and aggregators: who does what

A parcel carrier does not play the same role as a software vendor or an aggregator.

- **Carriers** pick up the parcel, deliver it to the customer's home or to a stop desk, collect the COD amount and pay it back to you. Your contract, rates and disputes go through them.
- **Software** such as [Ecotrack](/en/companies/ecotrack) or [Procolis](/en/companies/procolis) delivers nothing. Ecotrack is sold to delivery companies, which run it under their own brand (DHD, Conexlog and Anderson use it). Procolis is ZR Express's legacy platform; its API also serves Abex Express and a few others, per DZBuild's documentation.
- **Aggregators and fulfilment services** put several carriers behind one account, or add warehousing and phone confirmation.

For a step-by-step method, see [How to choose a delivery company in Algeria](/en/shipping-logistics/how-to-choose-a-delivery-company-in-algeria).

## Algerian couriers list 2026: each company at a glance

- [**Yalidine**](/en/companies/yalidine)
- Coverage: 55 wilayas, according to its website.
- Stop desks: 200 points in 55 wilayas on the official list (our count), 102 Yalidine-branded, the rest partners such as Guepex.
- COD: capped at 150,000 DA per parcel. Under its [General Transport Conditions](https://yalidine.app/app/conditions_transport.php) (version dated August 2026), merchants must collect funds within 15 days, or Yalidine may pay them on its own schedule, up to six months later.
- Price: no public rate card; it depends on origin and destination wilayas and the higher of actual or volumetric weight. Optional insurance: 1.5% of the declared value.
- Integrations: API (API ID and token).
- [**ZR Express**](/en/companies/zr-express)
- Coverage: 54 wilayas according to the text of its website, which also shows 48 and 58 elsewhere.
- Stop desks: 77 offices per its stop desk page, open 8:00 to 20:00, 7 days a week, with 7 days of free holding.
- COD: capped at 150,000 DA per parcel, paid out in cash with a destination-dependent delay ([COD page](https://www.zrexpress.net/services/cod)). Its merchant page advertises payout at D+2.
- Price: only a calculator (updated April 2026, per the page) that returned no amount when we read it.
- Integrations: REST API with webhooks; the company says it offers Shopify, WooCommerce, YouCan and PrestaShop modules.
- [**Maystro Delivery**](/en/companies/maystro-delivery)
- Coverage: 50 wilayas, according to its coverage page.
- Pickup locations: warehouses, stop desks and pickup points (often partner shops).
- COD: collection included; payout delay not published.

- COD: paid in cash or by Edahabia card on a payment terminal.
- Price: no national rate card, only an estimation tool. No published API or plugin.
- [**DHD Livraison Express**](/en/companies/dhd-livraison-express): based in Ouled Yaïch (Blida), 55 wilayas according to the company, weekly COD payout announced, parcel exchange and warehousing. Runs on Ecotrack; no stop desk advertised, no published prices.
- [**Conexlog (UPS)**](/en/companies/conexlog-ups): an authorised UPS service contractor since 19 September 2017, according to the company. It claims 58 wilayas with 57 desks, but 48 wilayas for its e-commerce offer. It alone publishes a [rate card](https://conexlog-dz.com/assets/tarif_ht_2024.pdf): the UPS 2024 guide, valid since 29 December 2023, with door-to-door rates from 773 to 1,311 DA for 1 kg and from 1,378 to 1,916 DA for 10 kg depending on the zone, all excluding VAT (read on 3 November 2026). It does not map wilayas to zones.
- [**Anderson E-commerce**](/en/companies/anderson-ecommerce): the Anderson Logistique group's e-commerce arm since January 2020. It claims 58 wilayas, 48-hour delivery 7 days a week and COD collection. No published prices or advertised stop desks; its portal runs on Ecotrack.
- [**Elogistia**](/en/companies/elogistia): based in Birtouta (Algiers), home or stop desk delivery, relay-point network. Its [website](https://elogistia.com) calculator shows "from 250 DA" (read on 3 November 2026). No published COD payout schedule.

## Yalidine vs ZR Express vs Maystro: the editorial team's assessment

Which is the best delivery company in Algeria for e-commerce, or the best COD courier in Algeria? None wins everywhere. Our assessment uses three verifiable criteria: written, dated terms; the size of the published pickup network; and API access.

- **Yalidine** for its stop desk network, the largest public list we counted; its August 2026 terms spell out the COD cap, delivery attempts and compensation. See [Yalidine delivery prices, stop desks and tracking](/en/shipping-logistics/yalidine-delivery-prices-stop-desk-tracking).
- **ZR Express** for Shopify, WooCommerce or YouCan stores, given its announced modules and documented API. Its coverage figures conflict, so check your wilaya before signing. See [ZR Express rates and review](/en/shipping-logistics/zr-express-algeria-rates-stop-desk-procolis).
- **Maystro** to hand over warehousing, packing and phone confirmation. Note the 10 kg parcel limit. See [Maystro Delivery review](/en/shipping-logistics/maystro-delivery-algeria-review).

None publishes a rate card, so ask for yours in writing. For a backup carrier, see our [Yalidine alternatives](/en/shipping-logistics/yalidine-alternatives-algerian-couriers).

## Aggregators, software and special cases

- [**Zimou Express**](/en/companies/zimou-express): a single account for seven partner carriers (Yalidine, ZR Express, Maystro Delivery, DHD, World Express, Noest and Anderson), with Express, Flexible and Point Relais (relay point) options. It claims more than 800 offices in 69 wilayas, but only 10 are its own, and its coverage filter showed offices in just 63 wilayas. Rates are emailed after sign-up; COD terms unpublished.
- [**CO Livraison**](/en/companies/co-livraison): call-centre order confirmation, warehousing and COD delivery from Birkhadem (Algiers). It claims 69 wilayas (its legal notice says 58) and COD payouts within 24 to 72 hours depending on the wilaya. Rates come from a sales advisor.
- **Ecotrack**: software by Techno Edge Solution, which says more than 100 delivery companies work on its network. Your contract stays with the carrier, never Ecotrack. See [Ecotrack tracking and couriers](/en/tools/ecotrack-algeria-tracking-couriers).
- **Procolis**: ZR Express's legacy platform, with no named stop desk list; letting customers pick a specific office requires the new ZR platform.

[**Terminal Delivery](/en/companies/terminal-delivery) (low-confidence data)**: we found no press coverage, coverage figure or published price. According to DZBuild's documentation, this carrier offers home delivery, its own stop desks and partner pickup points, with prices set per commune (municipality) and per merchant account. Its domain was registered on 14 October 2025, per the Verisign registry, so test it on a small volume first.

## Connecting several couriers to your store

Two carriers reduce your risk if one is overloaded or weak in a wilaya, provided orders are not re-typed by hand.

**DZBuild is the editorial team's pick for Algerian merchants**, for verifiable reasons: COD built into every store; more than 102 delivery companies supported according to the company, including Yalidine, ZR Express, NOEST, Zimou Express, Elogistia and 82 Ecotrack carriers that each have their own connector; home and stop desk rates synced per wilaya from your courier account; and stop desk lists synced for 14 carriers. Interface in Arabic and French. On price ([pricing page](https://dzbuild.com/pricing), read on 3 November 2026): Pro costs 1,000 DA a month, Unlimited 2,500 DA and Enterprise from 5,500 DA, with no sales commission, after a 3-day Pro trial with no card. The free plan is closed to new accounts. DZBuild does not collect COD cash: the carrier pays you. To compare it with Shopify or YouCan, see our [e-commerce platform comparison](/en/ecommerce/best-e-commerce-platform-in-algeria).

**Promo code:** WELCOME15 — 15% off your first payment.

For your own website, [**dzship**](/en/companies/dzship) is a free API run by DZBuild, with no sign-up or key: you send your courier credentials with each request. It covers 99 carriers under fair-use limits (200 orders per hour per IP address) and does not handle COD payouts. dzship says it is available worldwide, which helps developers abroad. See [Free shipping API for Algeria](/en/tools/free-shipping-api-algeria-dzship).

## Checklist before signing with a carrier

1. Get a written, dated rate card (home and stop desk) for your ten busiest wilayas.
2. Confirm the **COD cap**, payout delay and payment method.
3. Check for a stop desk in your customers' communes, not just the wilaya.
4. Read the return rules: fees, deadlines, number of attempts.
5. Test the API or connector with ten orders before switching your volume.
6. Track your return rate from month one with [Reduce your COD return rate](/en/ecommerce/reduce-cod-return-rate-algeria).

Next step: pick a main and a backup carrier, get their rates in writing, connect both and compare real results over a month.

## FAQ

### What is the best delivery company in Algeria for e-commerce?

No carrier is the best everywhere. The editorial team's assessment: Yalidine for its published stop desk network (200 points in 55 wilayas by our count), ZR Express for the Shopify, WooCommerce and YouCan modules it announces, and Maystro if you want to hand over warehousing and order confirmation. Test two carriers on your main wilayas before choosing.

### Which delivery companies cover every wilaya?

No coverage figure has been independently verified. The companies themselves claim 55 wilayas (Yalidine, NOEST, DHD), 54 (ZR Express), 50 (Maystro), 58 (Anderson, Conexlog) or 69 (Zimou Express, CO Livraison), sometimes with different figures on their own websites. Check your customers' communes in the merchant account before signing.

### How much does it cost to ship a parcel between two wilayas?

Most carriers publish no rate card: the price depends on the origin and destination wilayas and the weight, and is negotiated per merchant account. Only Conexlog (UPS 2024 guide: 773 to 1,311 DA excluding VAT for 1 kg, depending on the zone) and Elogistia (from 250 DA) show amounts, read on 3 November 2026.

### When do delivery companies pay merchants the COD money?

It depends on the carrier. ZR Express hands over COD in cash with a delay that depends on the destination (its merchant page advertises D+2), DHD announces weekly payouts and CO Livraison 24 to 72 hours. At Yalidine, the merchant must collect the funds within 15 days. Maystro and Zimou Express publish no payout delay.

### Yalidine vs ZR Express: which one should I choose?

Both cap COD at 150,000 DA per parcel. Yalidine publishes transport conditions dated August 2026 and a stop desk list covering 55 wilayas. ZR Express announces 77 stop desks, Shopify, WooCommerce and YouCan modules and a D+2 payout on its merchant page. Nothing stops you from using one as your main carrier and the other as a backup.
