# Maystro Delivery Algeria: Services, Coverage, Pricing and Review

> Maystro Delivery Algeria review: warehousing, packaging, call centre and COD, 50 wilayas claimed, Business and Premium packs with no published prices, the 20% free-return rule and what to ask before signing.

By [Rédaction DZ Ecommerce](https://dzecommerce.com/en/authors/redaction) · Published 2026-11-03 · Updated 2026-11-04

**Maystro Delivery Algeria** in one sentence: it is an Algerian e-commerce logistics provider worth a look if you want to hand off more than delivery (warehousing, packaging, order confirmation and cash collection), but it publishes no prices and some of the figures on its own website contradict each other. You only get a price after talking to its sales team.

Founded in 2019 and based in Algiers, the company says it covers 50 wilayas (a wilaya is one of Algeria's provinces), quotes a standard delivery time of 3 to 5 days and sells two packs, **Business** and **Premium**. Its merchant app, **Maystro Partners**, was updated on Google Play on 24 October 2026, so the company is clearly active in 2026, even though its website footer still reads "2022".

This guide, written for diaspora entrepreneurs, international sellers and analysts as much as for local merchants, sets out what Maystro publishes on its official pages (read on 3 November 2026), separates facts from sales claims and helps you decide whether it should be your main courier or your backup.

**At a glance**

- **Services**: delivery, pickup, warehousing, packaging, cash collection (COD, cash on delivery) and a call centre, according to the company.
- **Coverage**: 50 wilayas claimed, with warehouses, stop desks (carrier pickup points) and partner pickup points.
- **Delivery times and limits**: 3 to 5 days according to the FAQ; parcels of 10 kg and 1 m3 at most.
- **Pricing**: no amounts published. Fees are set per wilaya and sent by the sales team.
- **Free returns**: only with the Premium pack, and only if your monthly return rate is 20% or less.
- **Integrations**: Shopify, WooCommerce and an API, plus a Maystro tile on DZBuild and support in DZBuild's free DZShip API.

## Who is Maystro Delivery: company, history and claimed size

According to its [About page](https://maystro-delivery.com/about_us.html), Maystro started in 2019 with a simple idea: a platform connecting e-commerce shop owners with delivery agents. The company now says it has offices in Algeria and Tunisia. The outlet We Are Tech Africa (April 2024) names Walid Laribi, Lagrid Abdelhalim and Hebbar Walid Choukri as founders; those names do not appear on Maystro's own website.

The App Store listings name **SARL Maystro Services** as copyright holder, which is probably the legal entity (a SARL is a French-style limited liability company). The contact page gives two addresses: Kouba (Algiers) and the Oued Smar industrial zone.

Treat the size figures as company statements, because the website contradicts itself:

- one version of the About page claims more than **500 people** (direct and indirect) and **16 warehouses**;
- another version of the same page claims more than **2,000 people** and more than 50 hubs;
- the [FAQ](https://maystro-delivery.com/faq.html) mentions **14 warehouses**.

One third-party outlet (Algeria Tech News, January 2026) repeats the 500-people and 16-warehouse figures. None is audited.

## Services: delivery, Maystro fulfillment in Algeria, packaging, COD and call centre

The [homepage](https://maystro-delivery.com) lists six services. Here is what each means for a merchant:

- **Express delivery**: last-mile delivery to the customer's home or to a pickup location.
- **Pickup**: Maystro collects parcels from you. It is free in both packs, according to the pricing page.
- **Warehousing**: you store your stock with Maystro. This is the **Maystro fulfillment Algeria** option, and it is reserved for the Premium pack.
- **Packaging**: also included in Premium.
- **Cash collection (COD)**: the driver collects the order amount on delivery. The Maystro Partners app shows your payment balance and warehouse stock levels in real time.
- **Call centre**: order confirmation by phone.

For a COD seller, the call centre is the most interesting part: an unconfirmed order that ships often comes back as a paid-for return. Before handing confirmation to Maystro, ask in writing for its script, number of call attempts and processing time, none of which it publishes. To build your own process, read our guide to [reducing your COD return rate](/en/ecommerce/reduce-cod-return-rate-algeria).

The FAQ says all kinds of products can be delivered, and that a **contract signed by both parties** is sent once your store has registered.

## Coverage, delivery times and parcel limits

The [coverage page](https://maystro-delivery.com/Coverage.html) claims **50 wilayas** and says the company keeps expanding. It lists three kinds of locations: **warehouses**, **stop desks** and **pickup points**, the latter being mostly partner shops (phone stores, minimarkets) in Algiers, Sétif, Oran and Constantine.

One point to check: that list includes recently created wilayas such as Béni Abbès, Timimoun, Touggourt and El M'Ghair, so the figure of 50 does not say clearly what is covered under the current division. Ask for the list of communes (municipalities) served in your main destinations.

On delivery times, the FAQ says **3 to 5 days**. The homepage claims that "75% of orders are delivered in less than 24h": a sales promise to measure on your own shipments.

Parcel limits according to the FAQ: **10 kg and 1 m3 at most**. If you sell appliances or furniture, plan for another courier.

To choose between pickup and home delivery, see our guide to [stop desk vs home delivery](/en/shipping-logistics/stop-desk-vs-home-delivery-algeria).

## Maystro pricing: Business and Premium packs, and the 20% rule

There is no public **Maystro pricing** grid. The [pricing page](https://maystro-delivery.com/Pricing.html), read on 3 November 2026, shows two packs without any amounts:

- **Business** ("Best for small businesses"): express delivery and free pickup.
- **Premium** ("Best for medium businesses"): adds free returns, warehousing and packaging.

Delivery fees are listed as "per wilaya". To get the price list, you fill in a form and a member of the sales team contacts you. [DZBuild's documentation on Maystro](https://dzbuild.com/docs/couriers/maystro.md), read on 3 November 2026, adds that Maystro's API prices **per commune**: two communes in the same wilaya can therefore be charged differently.

The detail that matters: Premium's **free return** only applies if your **monthly return rate is 20% or less**. Work out your rate over the last three months before choosing Premium for that reason alone.

Questions to ask the sales representative:

1. The price per wilaya, for home and stop-desk delivery, and which communes are priced differently.
2. Return fees above the 20% threshold and warehousing fees under Premium.
3. When and how COD cash is paid out to you, and any collection fees.
4. Minimum volumes and contract length.

## Maystro Partners app, sign-up, parcel tracking and integrations

### Sign-up and the merchant app

Sign-up is a form followed by the contract. You then work in the **Maystro Partners app** (Android and iOS) or the web dashboard. According to its [Google Play listing](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.maystro.store&hl=en), the app has more than 10,000 downloads and offers a real-time dashboard, manual order entry, order follow-up, notifications and team management. On the App Store it showed a rating of 3.8 from 12 ratings when we read it. Drivers have their own app, Maystro Drivers.

### Parcel tracking

The website has a [public tracking page](https://maystro-delivery.com/trackingSD.html) that asks for the recipient's phone number to verify identity. Mention this in your confirmation message.

### E-commerce integrations

The [integrations page](https://maystro-delivery.com/integration.html) lists **Shopify**, **WooCommerce** and a custom API; you request the connection through a form. We found no public API documentation.

**DZBuild, the editorial team's pick.** For a merchant who does not want to write code, the editorial team recommends **DZBuild** first. Our verifiable criteria: a documented Maystro tile that needs only an authentication token; sync of Maystro's wilayas, communes, home and stop-desk rates and stop-desk list; COD built into every store; an Arabic and French dashboard; and more than 102 delivery companies supported, according to the company. Its prices are public ([pricing page](https://dzbuild.com/pricing), read on 3 November 2026): 1,000 DZD (Algerian dinars) a month for Pro, 2,500 DZD for Unlimited and from 5,500 DZD for Enterprise, after a 3-day Pro trial with no card, and with no commission on sales according to DZBuild. Limits to know: only Maystro's own stop desks are listed, not its partner pickup points, and the stores and dashboard work in Arabic and French only (English exists only on DZBuild's documentation site). Tutorial: [create a store on DZBuild](/en/tools/create-a-store-on-dzbuild-step-by-step).

**DZBuild offer:** use the code WELCOME15 to get 15% off your first payment.

**DZShip for developers.** [DZShip](https://freeship.dzbuild.com) is a free API run by DZBuild, with no sign-up and no API key, that supports Maystro with your own Maystro credentials. Stop-desk parcels are routed by commune, and COD payouts remain handled by Maystro. See our guide to the [free shipping API for Algeria](/en/tools/free-shipping-api-algeria-dzship).

### Zimou Express and Terminal Delivery

- **Zimou Express** lists Maystro Delivery among its 7 partner couriers, so a [Zimou Express](/en/companies/zimou-express) account lets you ship through Maystro, among other networks.
- **Terminal Delivery**: the code of its merchant web app contains references to Maystro, which suggests it is built on the same software base. This link has **not been confirmed** by either company.

## Is Maystro Delivery reliable? Our assessment

This assessment is the editorial team's own. It is based on official pages and integrator documentation, not on a delivery test.

**Strengths**

- A complete offer for outsourcing logistics: warehousing, packaging, call centre and COD.
- A merchant app updated in 2026, with real-time balance and stock.
- Shopify and WooCommerce integrations, plus a no-code connection through DZBuild.
- Also reachable through Zimou Express and DZShip, which helps if you use it as a backup courier.

**Points to check**

- No public prices, and per-commune pricing on the API side.
- Free returns limited to the Premium pack and to a return rate of 20% or less.
- Contradictory size figures on the website (500 or 2,000 people, 14 or 16 warehouses).
- 3 to 5 days in the FAQ, against the under-24h promise on the homepage.
- Parcels limited to 10 kg and 1 m3.

Our reading: Maystro suits stores that want to outsource storage and order confirmation and already keep their return rate under control. If you are a small store just starting out, or a brand testing the Algerian market from abroad, try it first as a backup courier.

## Next steps

1. Fill in the pricing form and ask for a written price list per wilaya and per commune.
2. Work out your monthly return rate before choosing between Business and Premium.
3. Send about ten test parcels to your main wilayas and measure delivery time and COD payout.
4. Keep a second courier connected so you can switch if something goes wrong.

## FAQ

### Is Maystro Delivery reliable?

Maystro has operated since 2019 and its merchant app was updated in October 2026, which confirms it is active. However, the figures on its website contradict each other (500 or 2,000 people, 14 or 16 warehouses), and claimed delivery times range from under 24 hours to 3 to 5 days. Send about ten test parcels before making it your main courier.

### How much does Maystro Delivery charge?

Maystro publishes no amounts. Its pricing page, read on 3 November 2026, shows the Business and Premium packs with fees set per wilaya (province), and the price list is sent by a sales representative after you fill in a form. According to DZBuild documentation, Maystro's API prices per commune. Ask for a written price list.

### Which wilayas does Maystro cover?

The coverage page claims 50 wilayas, with warehouses, stop desks (carrier pickup points) and partner pickup points, mostly in Algiers, Sétif, Oran and Constantine. Its list includes recently created wilayas such as Timimoun and Touggourt, so actual coverage is not spelled out. Ask for the list of communes served in your destinations.

### Does Maystro offer free returns?

Yes, but only with the Premium pack, and only if your monthly return rate is 20% or less, according to the pricing page read on 3 November 2026. The Business pack does not mention free returns. Work out your return rate before choosing a pack.
