What Terminal Delivery does

Terminal Delivery is an Algerian delivery company built around e-commerce. Its site calls it "the optimal eCommerce logistics service provider" and says it takes care of merchants' warehousing, delivery and accounting (company claim). The site is really the merchants' web app, with no pricing page or coverage map. DZBuild's documentation describes it as a courier with home delivery, its own stop desks and partner pickup points (shops that hold the parcel for the buyer).

Services

  • Three delivery types: home, stop desk and pickup point.
  • Cash on delivery: the customer pays the order total, delivery included.
  • "Free Delivery" option: the fee is then deducted from the merchant's Terminal balance.
  • "Starter Pack" (the merchant handles stock and order preparation) or "Premium Pack" (Terminal Delivery handles them).
  • Per-account product catalogue and a shop builder in the merchant app.
  • Token-based API, limited to 300 calls per minute per account.

Coverage and how it works

Terminal Delivery does not publish how many wilayas it serves or a public price list (checked on 3 November 2026). According to DZBuild's documentation, prices are set per commune and per merchant account, and an order is refused if the account has no price for that commune. The rates returned by the API are standard (non-express) prices. Desk delivery is only offered in communes where Terminal lists a stop desk or pickup point. Each shipment gets a tracking number printed on the shipping slip. To connect Terminal to a DZBuild store you need one API token; if your account has none, ask Terminal Delivery to enable API access.

Things to watch

  • No published head-office address or founding year. The terminal-delivery.com domain was registered on 14 October 2025 (a domain date, not necessarily the company's).
  • We found no independent press coverage and no official social media pages.
  • The merchant app's code contains references to Maystro Delivery; no link between the two companies has been confirmed.
  • Parcels cannot be cancelled through the API, only from the Terminal account.
  • An order with the same name and phone as an active order from the last 24 hours is refused as a duplicate.
