What Maystro Delivery does
Maystro Delivery is an Algerian logistics company for online stores. According to its About page, it started in 2019 with a simple idea: a platform connecting e-commerce shop owners with delivery agents. It now says it has offices in Algeria and Tunisia. LinkedIn gives its headquarters as Algiers, and the contact page lists two addresses, in Kouba and in the Oued Smar industrial zone. Its App Store listings carry the copyright SARL Maystro Services. We Are Tech Africa (April 2024) names the founders as Walid Laribi, Lagrid Abdelhalim and Hebbar Walid Choukri.

The homepage lists six services: fast delivery, warehousing, pickup, packaging, cash collection and a call center. The pricing page, read on 3 November 2026, shows two packs: Business, "best for small businesses" (express delivery, free pickup), and Premium, "best for medium businesses", which adds warehousing, packaging and free returns. No amounts are published: fees are set per wilaya, and the sales team sends the price list after you fill in a form.
Coverage and how it works
The coverage page says Maystro is available in 50 wilayas, through warehouses, stop desks and pickup points, many of them partner shops. The FAQ gives a standard delivery time of 3 to 5 days, a parcel limit of 10 kg and 1 m3, and says all kinds of products can be shipped. After registering, the store signs a contract with Maystro. Merchants follow orders, their payment balance and warehouse stock in real time in the Maystro Partners app (Android and iOS), which was updated on Google Play on 24 October 2026. The site offers Shopify, WooCommerce and custom API integrations on request.
Things to watch
- Published scale figures contradict each other: one version of the About page says more than 500 people and 16 warehouses, another says more than 2,000 people and 50+ hubs, and the FAQ says 14 warehouses.
- "75% of orders delivered in less than 24h" is a company claim; the FAQ says 3 to 5 days.
- The 50-wilaya list includes newer wilayas, so exact coverage under the current division is not stated.
- Free returns on Premium apply only when the monthly return rate is 20% or less.
