After that: Comfort at 1.5% per transaction (15 to 1,500 DZD, 1 free payout per month, balance held 72h), Supreme at 3% (30 to 3,000 DZD, 2 free payouts, 48h) and Elite at 4.5% (45 to 4,500 DZD, 4 free payouts, 24h). Extra withdrawals cost 1.5% (min 150 DZD); refunds cost 2% (20 to 2,000 DZD). The company says there is no subscription or activation fee. The merchant decides whether the fee is paid by the merchant, the customer, or split. To take real payments, the user account and the application must be verified by the Chargily team.
